General description

Osmo Maintenance Oil is a professional-grade product designed for refreshing and maintaining interior wooden flooring treated with Polyx-Oil. It is ideal for both domestic and commercial use, effectively cleaning and regenerating wood while removing tough stains such as grease and shoe polish. This fast-drying oil maintains protected surfaces without wear and allows for occasional maintenance without the need for sanding.

Maximum moisture content of wood: 18%

Compatibility and accessories

Recommended application tools: Osmo Double Blade Scraper or Microfibre Roller and white pad (except for 3098)

For smaller areas, a lint-free cloth can be used for application

Installation

Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free of dust before application

Clean the surface thoroughly with Osmo Intensive Cleaner and rinse with clear water

Stir the oil well before use and do not thin

Apply thinly and evenly along the wood grain, rubbing into the wood with a white pad (do not rub in 3098)

Remove excess product after application

Allow for good ventilation while drying

Usage

Use for occasional maintenance of interior wooden flooring treated with Polyx-Oil

Conduct a trial application on unfamiliar surfaces to assess the finished result

If the wood is raw or greyed, sand the surface and treat with Osmo Polyx®-Oil before applying Maintenance Oil
