Description

General description

Osmo Wood Reviver Power Gel is designed to restore greyed wooden surfaces, bringing back the natural characteristics and warm color tones of unweathered wood. This ready-to-use gel is quick and easy to apply, odourless, and biodegradable, making it an ideal choice for exterior wood surfaces.

Coverage: 10m²/L with one application, depending on the condition of the wood

Dry time: 24-48 hours

Installation

Remove debris from greyed wood using a stiff brush or broom.

Dampen the surface with water before application.

Generously apply the gel along the wood grain.

Allow a reaction time of approximately 20 minutes.

Clean the surface with the Osmo Decking Cleaning Brush and rinse thoroughly with water.

After drying for about 2-3 days in suitable weather conditions, protect the wood with a finishing oil.

Usage

Perform a trial application before treating the wood.

Do not thin the gel.

Check that the moisture content of the wood is less than 20% RM prior to applying any Osmo wood finish.

For machine processing on decking, use the Osmo Wood Orbiter.

Protect sensitive surfaces such as plants, metallic components, and sensitive stones during application.

Other information

Osmo Wood Reviver Gel is most effective on bare, untreated timber.

Existing treatments may hinder the revival process; always perform a trial application first.

After treatment, the dried wood may appear light in color, with the fully refreshed color revealed after applying an Osmo finishing oil.
