Really am very happy with this wall light. It is nicely made, of a good, solid construction and very robust. The shade is a fairly heavy plastic, which was strong enough for me to drop it on paving, bounce a couple of times and not show a scratch. Installation was easy once a supply was in place and putting in a 5.5w LED bulb is plenty bright enough for outside the back door. The original packaging was a little mangled (a return I guess) but item was perfect and put in a further box for mailing - no complaints. It was a bit bigger than I expected when I opened it (so maybe check dimensions), but it looks good on the wall and I see no reason why it won't work reliably for years to come.
