This is a very good product well made and better than I thought it would be

The hanging chain could have been a little longer, but I knew the length before buying. Is perfect for what I needed and gives out a good amount of heat.

Great Heater, worked great to take the edge off the cold in our 3m x 4m Gazebo last night for Birthday Celebrations. The Power cord could be longer, it was quite awkward to route without many options.

High quality construction, easy to fit. Depending on location 2 kw may not be sufficient heat output, don’t expect this heater to replace a gas patio heater.

The product looks great; gives off good heat , remote control works very well, the light on the unit isn’t that bright but that is not a concern. We read the reviews and people raised their concerns on the electric cable being rather short, we expected this when we ordered, but short is an understatement, the length of the cable needs to be included in the description of the product as customers will have problems locating a suitable socket with out the use of a extension lead. We would have given the product a 5 star if the cable had been longer.
