Cheap and nasty would not recommend

Purchased this to replace a similar size one on my allotment which had been damaged in the storms over winter. The item was delivered about a week after order, and packaged well However upon opening the item we found that a lot of the poles were missing, the quality of the ones we have received is shocking and not fit for purpose, trying to get a response from the seller to organise a return and refund is horrendous and I am still awaiting a satisfactory response I have previously ordered from Mano before without issue though, so I hope this is a one off,
