POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. This garden swing seat should be avoided. The framework and swing mechanism are of the usual standard but the fabric used for the seats themselves is definitely sub standard. The first set split within a month of arrival and the replacements did the same after one year of use. The fabric is a thin canvas type and nowhere near the grade I expected for garden furniture. The seats are kept inside when not in use and placed in a garage over winter so I don't believe it's UV or weathering causing the failures. I raised this with the company but they stated it's out of warranty. I agreed with them but stated the fabric is not of the same quality as other garden furniture. They replied by restating it's out of warranty and they aren't prepared to do anything else. Don't buy this garden seat unless you want to spend more money getting custom made seats to prevent someone dropping through the fabric and suffering injury or at the least, indignity.

I love this product. It seems very stable and as the canopies are attached to the individual chairs it stands up to the wind much better and doesn’t topple over. Was easy to build being a handy woman and did it myself inside an hour.

Was looking forward to having this swing seat in our garden, it arrived most poles , arm rests and top poles look like they had rust spots and sprayed over they look crap, bodge job you sent us,also the right seat hasn't been water proofed so it gets soaked when it rains when the rain just drops off the left hand side seat. We are that disappointed when we work hard for things and we receive crap from cowboy outfits like you.

The one hood bar did not fit as it didn't have one end narrowed. I did message but had no reply so we customized it ourselves in order for the hood to attach

I know have two seats she old one is several years old but could do with new seats.

Shame we cannot get the replacement of the covering , because it is dirty easily , hope the manufacturers have the replacement soon for sale, because it is different from the other swings.
