Published on 30/05/2022, United KingdomEven though this came in an pain old cardboard box, When first used this seemed amazing. The item has been used once by my 5 year old (gently) and on the second time inflating it, it is loosing to much air and my little is sinking into it. No instruction, no puncture kit or even instructions on how to find a puncture came with the product. It wouldn’t suprise me given the packaging that this was not new. For the price I wouldn’t bother as it is now unusable. Not made to last. The website is difficult to get any advice form and no customer support options. I would l NOT order anything expensive form here again. Very disappointed.

Published on 06/05/2021, United KingdomThis product was a lot smaller than how it is described was described as big enough for 4 children aged up to 12 my daughter is 4 and pretty much fills the bouncy castle when on it although she loves it I expected it to be much bigger and better quality from the description and for the high price of £309.00 not impressed at all and would be sending it back if my daughter wouldn't be upset about it.
