Published on 24/10/2023, ItalyHaving opened the package, checked the instructions to the letter, assembled them according to them, I discover that the pre-drilled points on the profiles, where to insert the pins, do not correspond to those of the fabric, I take some measurements and discover that the correct ones are those of the fabric; so I find myself with holes that do not allow me to mount the seat on the swing where the relative attachment recesses are positioned. I write to ask for it to be returned, they continually bounce around from one contact person to another asking me to produce a film in addition to the photos already sent, which speak for themselves. Beyond belief.

Published on 15/04/2022, United KingdomOf the two loungers we ordered we have only assembled one of them; some of the fittings were quite difficult to tighten. Maybe the second lounger will be easier to assemble? Apart from testing the lounger immediately after assembling, we have not used it as as a sun lounger; we’re waiting for some warmer weather! Pleased to recommend this product; it’s well made and looks as though it will be serviceable for a long time.
