Usage

To achieve the best results with the Pasta Maker Attachment, follow these guidelines:

Use a dough recipe specifically for a KitchenAid extruder.

Recommended ingredients: 500g of 00 grade flour or semolina flour, 4 eggs, 2.5ml (½ tsp) of salt, and 2.5ml (½ tsp) of oil.

Add a little water if necessary, but avoid making the dough too soft.

Knead the dough with the mixer for 2-3 minutes, then let it rest for about 15 minutes before using the pasta press.
