PatioClean Xtreme is a fast-acting, high-performance patio cleaning product designed to effectively remove black spots, algae, lichens, moss, and surface grime from block paving, concrete, or natural stone patios. With four powerful active ingredients, it offers a simple solution for maintaining clean patios, often eliminating the need for pressure washing.

Technical specifications

Volume: 4 x 5 litres

Covers approximately 40 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios

Application ratio: 1:1 dilution for general use; use neat for black spot removal

Usage

Remove loose debris and heavy dirt build-up from the surface

Wet the surface area with water

Dilute PatioClean Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1, or use neat for black spot removal

Apply the product using a watering can or sprayer

Ensure the surface remains wet for up to 60 minutes

Rinse the area with water after application

For heavily soiled areas, scrub into the surface or re-apply as needed
