I’ve recieved my firepit incomplete without any glass so I haven’t had the chance to use it and get any enjoyment. Not happy☹️

The product is as described, good quality and looks good , had an issue with the igniter staying on until we removed the battery after each lighting , so emailed but I’ve still had no response after 3 attempts, it’s not a massive issue but would have liked a response,
