Description

A glued ball valve for controlling the opening and closing of water flow. It is economical, has a high shut-off capability, and effectively prevents fluid leakage. Our ball valves require almost no maintenance or lubrication. Plumbers can save a lot of time and focus their energy on other products or even developing new product lines according to their own needs.

Our ball valves are durable and maintain good sealing performance even after years of non-use. Therefore, it is ideal for shut-off applications. This ball valve is suitable for applications such as cold water systems, chemical delivery, aquariums, swimming pool construction, pond construction, sewage systems, drainage systems, garden irrigation, ventilation, and agricultural irrigation.

This ball valve is made of PVC and features a sealing gasket, ABS handle, and PTFE ball seat.

High-quality PVC material, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight. Each valve is individually tested to ensure its aging resistance and long service life. It is ideal if you want to prevent your equipment from rusting and suffering irreversible damage. This PVC ball valve features a double solvent-welded joint and is 40 mm in size. Its operating temperature range is -10 to 60°C, and the maximum operating pressure is 10 bar. The valve body is dark gray, and the handle is red. It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal installation. Before installation and commissioning, the seals must be checked for leaks.

From the very first use on a 1mm steel sheet, the saw teeth wear down and fail to cut the sheet. Not recommended for cutting steel.

The hinges are of good quality, the only downside is that the technical specifications provided do not match the hinges.
