Its self-adhesive and stretchable design makes it easy to use while ensuring a good seal to protect plant wounds. Technical Specifications Width: 3 cm (1.2 inches) Length: 100 m (approximately 328 feet) Material: Polyethylene, non-toxic and biodegradable Installation Choose a good scion and cut it, ensuring that the cambium layer is in good contact with the rootstock. Tie the scion with the nursery tape, overlapping it 3 to 4 times. Cover the grafting area with a clear plastic bag or a brown paper lunch bag to protect it from direct sunlight. Use Use the grafting tape to hold the scion in place and promote healing. After 3 weeks, check the condition of the scion; a greenish appearance indicates a good chance of budding in the following 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the temperature.
