Sanding pad for Bosch (Ø 125 mm, medium hardness) with accessory system for PEX 300/400 AE / 4000 AE / Advanced Orbit 18 random orbital sander

When putting the plate on my BOSCH PEX 400 AE sander I had to notice that it was not compatible. This is a very unfortunate waste of time and money.

Contrary to what is said on the site, this tray is not compatible with Bosh! Not the same center distances, and at the back it is missing 4 holes for the lugs. I tried to modify it, but it is good to throw in the trash!

The tray is said to be compatible with the PX 4000, but does not have the necessary notches to fit into the existing guides on the machine. Additional holes had to be made under the tray.

The plate seems robust and the velcro is of good quality for good adhesion the only problem is that it is not suitable for the Bosch sander as indicated in the description in fact four guide holes are missing and therefore impossible to adapt it except to modify it therefore not very easy given the precision that this requires.

In fact the holes are not in the same place to fix the tray. Due to lack of time to make a product return and buy a more suitable one (if there is one) I screwed it only with 2 screws which is not recommended ... too bad. Otherwise the speed and the Mano Mano service is always irreproachable.
