The product comes in anonymous packaging and with a simple sheet summarizing how it works in English. It comes from China with a European plug and does not require any adjustment. Black and Decker batteries are recognized automatically. If one of the batteries is defective, the indicator flashes red. Charging is fast. I am very satisfied !
