Features:
1. The module has two buttons: IN/OUT and ON/OFF. The IN/OUT button toggles the display of the input voltage and output voltage; a long press can switch between the display of the output current and output power. The ON/OFF button controls the output; a long press sets the default output state for the next power-up to ON or OFF.
2.CC is the current adjustment potentiometer.Turn clockwise to increase the set current.When the load current reaches the set current, it enters constant current mode, and the CC constant current indicator (red) lights up; the correct CV setting is the voltage adjustment.Turning the potentiometer clockwise increases the output voltage.The OUT indicator is an output status indicator, which lights up when there is voltage at the output terminal, otherwise it is off.
Operation method:
1. Use as an ordinary step-down module with overcurrent protection capability
(1) Adjust the CV constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage obtain the voltage value required by the load.
(2) Firstly, turn the CC current adjustment potentiometer with CCW for more than 20 turns until the end, then use a multimeter to measure the output short circuit current with a 10A meter or 20A, and the current gear to measure the output short circuit current (directly connect two test leads to the output terminal), and CW to adjust the DC constant current. The potentiometer makes the output current obtain the overcurrent protection value that the load needs to set.(For example, if the current value displayed by the multimeter is 2A, then the maximum current when using the module can only reach 2A. When the current reaches 2A, the red constant current indicator light will illuminate; otherwise, the light will be off.)
2.Use as a Battery Charger
The module without a constant current function cannot be used to charge the battery.Because the voltage difference between the depleted battery and the charger is very large, the charging current will be too high and the battery will be damaged.Therefore, the battery should be charged at a constant current initially.Current charging: When the charge reaches a certain level, it will automatically return to constant voltage charging.
(1) Determine the float voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need; (If the lithium battery parameter is 3.7V/2200mAh, then the float voltage is 4.2V and the maximum charging current is 1C, or 2200mA)
(2) Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjust the constant voltage potentiometer so that the output voltage reaches the float voltage; (If you are charging a 3.7V lithium battery, adjust the output voltage to 4.2V)
(3) First, turn the DC current adjustment potentiometer 20 turns counterclockwise until it stops, then use a multimeter to measure the output short circuit.Circuit current with a 10A or 20A current setting (connect both test leads directly to the output terminal) and adjust the DC constant current potentiometer to use CW.The output current reaches the predetermined load current value;
(4) Connect the battery and charge it.
(Steps 1, 2, and 3 are: the input terminal is connected to the power supply, and the output terminal is not connected to the battery when unloaded)
3.Used as a high-power LED constant current driver module
(1) Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage required to drive the LED;
(2) Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage.and adjusts the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage obtain the highest LED working voltage;
(3) Firstly, turn the DC current adjustment potentiometer 20 turns counterclockwise until the end, then use a multimeter to
