Good value for money. Too bad the LCD display for charging, visible on the product presented on the website, is missing on the product received.

No feedback other than negative. I hope this is just an isolated incident regarding the quality of your services, for which you have the relevant order details. You have the digital means to know, through my messages, that this product, despite the compatibility of rechargeable batteries, was completely inoperative after multiple charging attempts. Hence my complaint to MamoMano, who forwarded it to the product distributor, who then forwarded it to the manufacturer. To date, radio silence.

I have to go back to work tomorrow, and today I charged the batteries with the new charger. After 4 hours, the battery still isn't charged!!!! Normally, it would take 20 minutes!!! It was a terrible purchase!

Unfortunately this is a separate item impact drill and batteries, which is silly, you should have the option when looking to add this to the bag, not go looking for it separately. What good is a drill and batteries when you cant charge them? But over all great drill.
