General Description

The 2-in-1 precision mortising jig and woodworking jig is designed to locate holes and create mortises of various sizes. It allows you to make 7 standard mortises (4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm) with high precision, producing perfectly fitted countersunk tenons in various types of wood. This jig is easy to use and allows infinite control over the cutting depth, ideal for a variety of woodworking projects.

Installation

Step 1: Place the correct combination of the cutter head and guide sleeve into the plunge cutter head.
Step 2: Align the index mark in the template with the center line of the mortise.
Step 3: Set the cutting depth to fully penetrate the material.

Usage

To make mortises, simply place the router bit and guide sleeve combination into your plunge router, then align the index marks. Centered index pins ensure perfectly aligned joints, making projects like grilling easier. The jig can be rotated on the sliding base to cut at any angle, opening up design possibilities for building chairs, stools, doors, and screens.
