Description
- The carbon brush is installed in the brush holder to ensure free up-and-down movement. The gap between the carbon brush and the inner wall of the brush holder is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm, which prevents wobbling due to excessive space between the carbon brush and the holder. The width between the bottom edge of the brush holder and the switch surface should be approximately 2 mm.
- Carbon brushes are suitable for a variety of motors, generators, and shafts. They offer improved switching performance.
- The carbon brush will move up and down in the carbon brush holder. Please remove the excess if it does not function properly. If the carbon brush is worn to a certain extent, it should be replaced.
- If the carbon brush's conductor wire is covered with an insulating tube, it must be installed in the insulated carbon brush holder.
- The surface direction must be correctly positioned; otherwise, if the contact area is too small, power output will be low or will not produce any power.
