Installation
- Ensure that the space between the carbon brush and the brush holder is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm to prevent rolling.
- The gap between the bottom edge of the brush holder and the switch surface should be approximately 2 mm.
- Install the conductor wire, covered with an insulating tube, in the insulated carbon brush holder.
Use
- Replace worn carbon brushes to maintain even current distribution.
- Avoid mixing new and old carbon brushes to prevent uneven current distribution.
- Position the contact surface correctly to avoid low power output.
