Installation

Ensure that the space between the carbon brush and the brush holder is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm to prevent rolling.
The gap between the bottom edge of the brush holder and the switch surface should be approximately 2 mm.
Install the conductor wire, covered with an insulating tube, in the insulated carbon brush holder.

Use

Replace worn carbon brushes to maintain even current distribution.
Avoid mixing new and old carbon brushes to prevent uneven current distribution.
Position the contact surface correctly to avoid low power output.
