Installation

• Install the carbon brush in the brush holder to allow free movement.

• Ensure that the gap between the carbon brush and the inner wall of the brush holder is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm.

• Check that the width between the bottom edge of the brush holder and the switch surface is approximately 2 mm.

Use

• Replace the carbon brush when it is worn to maintain optimal performance.

• Avoid mixing new and worn carbon brushes to prevent uneven current distribution.

• If the conductor wire is covered with an insulating tube, install it in an insulated brush holder.
