everything went well both the order and the shipment as well as the arrival of the product and the integrity of the same the only drawback is that unfortunately being made of bamboo there are some points where if you pass your hand you risk getting hurt or that some splinters of wood enter the leather because it is not well finished or I don't know for what reason otherwise everything is ok
