Satisfied. Nice wood, simple to assemble, functional. Seems solid, to be checked over time.

We chose this rack which was one of the only ones in this type of size (reduced width), and which was not in black metal. It was therefore chosen for its width and appearance. On these two points the result is satisfactory. We also chose it because this time we didn't have the time or the courage to do home-made, which has become our habit in a number of relatively simple cases. If we had had time, we would have managed on our own with a few pieces of wood. Regarding the robustness, no idea, it was installed too recently to say if it will hold. It's ok for now. We also didn't put huge coats in there with lead bags in the pockets. After all, why would anyone do that? :P Storage: there is not a lot of space. At the same time as said above, it is not wide, so here's what .... you have to know what you want. It fulfills its function: you can put the usual coats and jackets for two people, with some bags / storage baskets on the shelves below. The assembly: the instructions are spartan. At the same time it is not very complicated. On the other hand we had to grate one of the two holes to put the rod, because it did not fit, the hole was too small. We found it average considering the price. The price: a little expensive a priori, unless someone assures me that it was made in respectful social, human and environmental conditions, in which case it would be inversely inexpensive. So when in doubt..... our assessment is basic: for a few wooden elements with a rough assembly, 70 euros seems expensive to us. Back to the first argument: we chose it because it was the only model of this type that we found. Suggestion: when is manufacturing traceability? Transparency at all stages? At least we would know exactly what we are buying and if the price really suits us. Delivery: OK. Not dramatic in the end, but okay. No communication. Deadlines announced not kept, not badly, just a few days, but what is the point of announcing deadlines? We could wait on the basis of real and clear information. Weird information about the carrier too: "DPA". Not know. Finally it was just La Poste, which rang our doorbell on Saturday morning, for a package announced between Tuesday and Thursday. So like I said, not mean, but suddenly not a lot of sense not to just say it. It avoids worrying (especially when you see some opinions on the Relaxdays merchant). Here. We asked for a detailed opinion (you are served), honest (we tried), courteous, let's hope we didn't insult anyone, even indirectly. Hoping that it will be useful to future "consumers", as we are called a little trivially.
