Compared to the reel I had, it's day and night. It is very easy to use. Even a long hose does not scare him and rolls up with ease. On the other hand, you have to read the assembly instructions which are both brief (in the sketches) and too precise (in the details of the parts)... I happened to look for parts that were in fact already pre-assembled together. This is why the assembly time may seem a bit long. But all is forgiven on the first use.
