The steel is of poor quality: the shelf bracket tabs are very thin and therefore difficult to fit together without bending them. It took two of us three hours to assemble, and we're DIYers. To top it all off, a shelf bracket is missing, and the seller refuses to send it. He insists we disassemble the unit and send it back to him to get a replacement. Logically, he should just send us the missing part. But he won't hear of it. As a result, one piece of furniture or shelf doesn't stay in place properly.
