The product is solid however after opening the package funny surprise there were twisted rails hello the hassle to assemble it

Disappointment! I bought three shelf-tables last year for my basement. They were a real pleasure to assemble; a simple mallet was all it took to finish driving in the hooks, and getting them started was no problem—just aligning them with the openings. Unfortunately, it's not the same with the ones I bought in November. I struggled so much with the first one that I'm putting off starting the second. Not only is assembly a pain, but the materials aren't sturdy; some of the uprights bent under my hand! Sadly, I realize it's not the same manufacturer as last year: identical concept, but the execution is far inferior.
