With the Relaxdays Owl Nesting Box, you can observe smaller owl species such as the Little Owl or Tengmalm's Owl as they breed. This bird house is designed with an entrance hole positioned away from the bottom, providing excellent protection for young birds against predators. The hinged door allows for easy cleaning after the breeding season, ensuring a hygienic environment for the owls.

Installation

Install the nesting box for tawny owls at a height of 3-10 m

For rough-legged owls, jackdaws, or stock doves, install at a height of 6-15 m

The entrance hole should face east or south-east

Best to hang in a location protected from wind and rain

Hang several nesting boxes at a distance of 10 m from each other

Recommended installation time is in autumn or winter

Clean the box in late summer by sweeping out or using clear water

Usage

This owl nesting box is suitable for smaller owls like the Little Owl or Tengmalm's Owl, as well as for jackdaws or stock doves. It can be hung on a tree or house wall and features a practical perch and a hook to secure the door.
