Instructions for Use
- Wash 1-2 tablespoons of seeds thoroughly and place in germination jar
- Cover with water and soak for several hours according to package instructions
- Pour off the water and place the jar upside down in the holder at an angle
- Rinse the sprouts in the jar 2-3 times a day and drain off the water
- Sprouts are ready to eat after a few days
- Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 20°C
- Attention: Rinse the sprouts once more before consumption
