Customer reviews
The receiver is excellent, and so do the remote controls, and the quality/price ratio is fantastic! I'm NOT giving it 5 stars because the support left a bit to be desired: I asked for clarification on the configuration since the remote model wasn't explicitly specified in the instructions, and since it's a single package, I assumed they'd give me the specifications in no time (since they're the suppliers). This didn't happen, and after a few inconclusive emails, I finally resolved the issue online and with AI.
