Purchase date: 16/10/2021
Seat is of poor quality - doesn't fit correctly and then the soft close failed within 6 months. Customer service even worse - takes weeks to reply - only do so when chased. Replacement seat was an inch shorter than the originally supplied one but told it was the correct one so won't do anything else.
