General description

The Electric Rivet Gun Adapter is a professional hand tool set designed for use with cordless drills. Made from metal forged materials, it offers high working strength and durability. The alloy steel forged gun head provides exceptional hardness, making the riveting process efficient and effortless. Its vertical grip handle, crafted from hard plastic with anti-slip lines, ensures a secure hold during operation.

Technical specifications

  • Material: Metal forged with alloy steel gun head
  • Shaft diameter compatibility: 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.8 mm

    • Installation

  • Step 1: Insert the electric drill into the conversion chuck. Do not set the gear too high.
  • Step 2: Turn the drill clockwise to clamp the chuck on the locking chuck.
  • Step 3: The electric drill will rotate the rivet gun counterclockwise, producing a dripping sound as it engages the rivet.
  • Step 4: Align the electric drill with the rivet pin and hole, then remove the drill counterclockwise from the rivet.

    • Usage

    This electric rivet gun adapter is suitable for all types of rivets, providing a fast and efficient riveting experience. It operates with lower noise levels compared to traditional rivet guns and is more labor-saving than manual options, making it a convenient choice for various riveting tasks.
