Description
MULTIFUNCTION OF WIRE TRACING - Quickly locate the break point without damaging the wire cover, Find the wire on all types of connected Ethernet switches/routers/PC terminals in operation. Perfect for following RJ11, RJ45 cables or other metal wires (via an adapter); and also with the function of measuring the positive and negative polarities of the battery (10V-110V).
WIRE TRACKER - The line finder can trace not only Ethernet LAN wires, but also electrical and speaker wires when connected to the alligator clip; in this situation the wires must be de-energized, otherwise the units will be damaged; it is recommended to strip some of the wires when connecting by pliers; select “SCAN”; the transmitter works correctly if the “SCAN” indicator light is on; use the receiver to find the target wires.
NETWORK & PHONE LINE TEST - Line finder tests the physical connection status of the network cable, such as open circuit, short connection, miswiring and reverse connection; use the transmitter to test the working status telephone lines (such as TIP or RING line judgment), test line level, positive and negative polarity detection; adjust the receiver volume by pressing the rotary volume knob.
EARPHONE DESIGN - With a pair of earphones, you can simply connect the earphone to the headphone jack of the receiver to get clear information in a noisy environment, adjust the volume knob so that the volume is appropriate and avoid interference. Note that if the sound is low, you should check whether the battery is discharged or not, and the LED flashlight helps to work in dark situations.
