General description

ABS Screw-On Roller Shutter Strap Winder designed for roller shutter belts with a width of 14 mm. This surface screw-in belt winder allows for simple and convenient operation, enabling the shutter to be pulled without great effort. It includes a strap guide with a brush to reduce friction, prevent lint accumulation, and extend the strap's service life. The product comes with a 5m roller shutter strap that is already wound and pre-tensioned, featuring a hinge system.

Installation

Fully close the roller shutter.

Remove the old casing belt reel and strap.

Mount the new belt reel to the wall or window frame.

Pull the strap from the belt reel.

Open the belt reel and attach the roller shutter band to the spring drum.

Carefully loosen the spring drum lock and let the roller shutter tape wind up slowly.

Close the tape winder.

Usage

The tape reel is suitable for surface mounting and can be rotated 180° after installation. Simply attach the reel to the window frame or wall for optimal use.
