Climashield Roof Coating is designed to rejuvenate the appearance of aging, porous concrete roof tiles. This superior product not only transforms the look of old tiles but also serves as a waterproof roof paint sealer, providing long-lasting protection against the elements. Available in various colors including Mahogany, it enhances the aesthetic appeal while ensuring water resistance and protection from harmful UV light. Once dry, the coating leaves the tiles looking beautiful and significantly reduces the regrowth of moss, algae, and lichen.

Installation

Thoroughly clean the roof using a pressure washer and treat with a biocide to eliminate moss and algae.

Ensure the roof is completely clean, dry, and free from spores.

Mix the roof coating thoroughly before and during application.

Apply using an airless sprayer on a dry surface, ensuring no rain is forecast for at least 4 hours.

Two coats are recommended for optimal results.

Ideal for concrete roof tiles only.

Helps to slow down the regrowth of moss and algae.

Provides excellent adhesion to concrete roof tiles.

Allows the roof to 'breathe' by expelling moisture from the inside out.

Product tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 6860 and TR010/ISO 4892-3 for resistance to accelerated weathering.

Tested for freeze-thaw resistance according to JIS A 6909 Clause 5.9.1.

Adhesion tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 4624.
