Climashield Roof Coating is designed to rejuvenate aging, porous concrete roof tiles. This superior product not only transforms the appearance of old tiles but also functions as a waterproof roof paint sealer, providing long-lasting protection against the elements. Available in various colors including Anthracite, Slate Grey, Terracotta, Deep Tan, Rustic Red, Burgundy, Mahogany, and Black, it enhances the aesthetic appeal while ensuring water resistance and UV protection. Once dry, the coating helps to inhibit the growth of moss, algae, and lichen, ensuring the roof remains beautiful and protected for years.

Installation

Thoroughly clean the roof using a pressure washer and treat with a biocide to eliminate moss and algae.

Ensure the roof is completely clean, dry, and free from spores.

Mix the roof coating thoroughly before and during application.

Apply using an airless sprayer on a dry surface, ensuring no rain is forecast for at least 4 hours.

Two coats are recommended for optimal results.

Usage

Apply only to dry surfaces.

Average coverage is dependent on the porosity of the tiles, ambient temperature, and weather conditions.

Monitor for any signs of moisture retention to prevent fungal infections.

Product tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 6860 and TR010/ISO 4892-3 for resistance to accelerated weathering.

Tested for freeze-thaw resistance according to JIS A 6909 Clause 5.9.1.

Adhesion tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 4624, showing no failure of the coating.
