Ordered the handrail kit, which arrived with no problems on the day stated. The kit was unpacked and checked to see if all was ok, which it was. I was very pleased with the look of the handrail and also the fixing brackets which now installed do look impressive. Instructions were read and installation took place. I did find it easier to set out using a string line than measuring the pitch line in several places and joining the dots. When we have had visitors they have all had positive comments on the new handrail. I would certainly recommend this product to friends, and come to that anyone who is looking to replace their existing handrail.

My son bought the square version, I loved it, so I bought the round version, it looks lovely, it is sturdy and very reasonably priced.

This is a good quality item that is straightforward to assemble. Ninety quid for what is essentially a metal tube and some brackets is steep, but then it's no different in that regard compared to other bannisters. Feels robust and am sure it'll last for many years.
