This company has great customer service and works hard to rectify any issues. The first mirror I received was faulty but Mio in Customer Services sorted out the problem, arranged collection and delivery of a replacement. It's a very nice mirror, looks great in bathroom.

Absolutely in love with my bathroom mirror light. It’s good quality and very aesthetic! Easy to install and very secure on the wall. Delivery was fast and free. The delivery man called me once he was outside. Cannot fault anything with this product so far.

Delivery was quick. Mirror was well packaged and delivered without any damage. Installation was really simple. Unfortunately the light stopped working around 10 months after installation. I contacted Acacia and received a quick response. They established that it was the LED driver that faulty and persuaded me to try and replace the driver. I was sent a link to purchase a new driver on Mano Mano, but the driver was not compatible with the mirrors touch switch. Eventually the mirror was replaced and the new mirror is working as expected. Thank you for your support in resolving my issue.
