Roxil 100 Wood & Patio Cleaner is a high-performance biocidal treatment for the removal of mould, algae and general surface dirt from exterior wood and masonry. It is suitable for use on decking, fencing, sheds, patios, paving, garden structures and more. Once applied, it breaks down biological growth and surface grime, making it easier to wash away and leaving the material visibly refreshed. This liquid, ready-to-use formulation is designed to clean effectively without the aggressive force of pressure washing or the harsh action of acidic products. It is compatible with the full Roxil range, including Roxil Patio Cream, Roxil Wood Protection Cream and Roxil Wood Preserver, and is suitable for use on most treated or coated finishes. Roxil 100 Wood & Patio Cleaner is applied in dry weather conditions using a brush, roller or sprayer at a rate of 1 litre per 5 m2. For best results, remove loose material beforehand and allow the product to remain on the surface for up to 24 hours before rinsing off. Surface algae will typically darken as it dies, indicating that the cleaner is active. For areas with heavy lichen, additional agitation with a stiff brush may be required during rinsing. The formulation is non-abrasive and biodegradable. Surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly after treatment, and care must be taken to avoid contact with plants during application.
