Roxil Patio Sealer Cream 5L - Block Paving and Patio Seal

Roxil Patio Cream is a single-coat waterproofing treatment designed to preserve the natural appearance of patios, paving slabs, block paving and flagstones. This ready-to-use white cream formula penetrates deeply into masonry, delivering long-term protection against water ingress, algae and moss. Unlike traditional liquid sealers, Roxil Patio Cream bonds with the substrate to form a powerful water-repellent barrier that remains effective for over 10 years. It helps surfaces stay cleaner for longer by reducing moisture retention, which makes them less hospitable to biological growth. Application is simple. Use a brush or roller to spread the cream evenly across the surface. Its creamy white appearance allows you to see which areas have been treated. After drying, the finish becomes colourless and retains the original look of the material. Roxil Patio Cream is ideal for both domestic and commercial use. It is best applied in dry conditions between 5 and 30 degrees C. For best results, clean the surface thoroughly with Roxil Wood & Patio Cleaner before treatment and allow at least 24 hours for drying. One coat is all that is required for most substrates. Coverage ranges from 3 to 4 m2 per litre depending on the porosity of the surface.
