Rustins Quick Dry Stain Block & Multi Surface Primer is a water-based, matte white stain blocker suitable for both interior and exterior use. It effectively seals various stains such as rust, nicotine, graffiti, water marks, soot, tannin, crayon, creosote, asphalt, and bitumen, preventing them from bleeding through and discoloring paint.
