Rustins Stain Blocker is a water-based matt white stain blocker for interior and exterior use that offers excellent adhesion to wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces. It will seal all stains that may bleed through and discolour the paint. As a primer, it provides excellent adhesion to ceramic tiles, glass and melamine.
