Rustins Wood Dye is designed for use on bare wood prior to finishing with any Rustins wood finishes. This quick-drying, penetrating stain does not raise the grain and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It is available in a variety of shades that can be intermixed to create an infinite range of natural wood colors.Technical specifications
Usage
For softwoods, apply 1 or 2 coats; for hardwoods, only one coat is recommended. The dye must be overcoated with a protective clear finish, such as varnish or Danish oil. This product is non-fading and non-bleeding.Other information
