Product information

Description

Perfect Size: The 3/8" cutting blade is ideal for removing spot welds. Suitable for: High-efficiency double blades. Especially suitable for iron/cast iron/alloy steel/carbon steel/tool steel/grinding machines/drills. Holes/body parts, etc. Easy Cutting: The spot welder drill bit cuts welded sheets quickly and without deformation or damage to the metal or the underlying sheet. Dimensions: 3/8" high-speed double blade, standard 1/4" shank with flats to prevent rotation in the drill chuck. Tool sets allow for better sheet metal cutting than sheet metal cutters. The welder blade rotates on both sides and cuts spot welded sheets much more efficiently than a sheet metal cutter. This eliminates the risk of work interruptions caused by slow and steady drilling with drill bits and high temperatures. (Not included) To maximize blade life, high-temperature lubricant is the best way to extend blade life, but it is not essential. The blades are easy to clean. Blunt. Technical data: Color: Material: HSS, Diameter: 8 cm, Color: Gray. Scope of delivery: Cordless drill/driver with impact function, 1 rotary drill bit with double cutter, 10 additional 3/8" cutting inserts, 2 centering pins.
