I am delighted to have found this product that I was looking for, however, the photos are beautiful photos, they are well taken, suggesting that the material is completely different. I thought I would find an item in Bakelite but not this one at all! I notice upon unpacking that it is practically only plastic and I fear that it does not necessarily hold heat well. On the other hand, the switch seems very fragile and I wonder how long it will last.
