Leaving the furniture under only an outdoor cover is not recommended during harsher weather. During the off-season, we suggest keeping the furniture inside, in a dry and cool place. To ensure stability of the construction and safety of usage, it is recommended to check if the product has been properly assembled 2 weeks after setting up. It is also recommended to check if screws are properly tightened up once every 3 months. For the following product, we provide a detailed care book to ensure the furniture will look its best for many years to come. Check maintenance instructions and tips on how to properly take care of your new product - you will find them below in section ʺPacking and Assemblyʺ. Please note that every product is handmade. There may be variations in texture, colour, or shape due to the characteristics of the materials used, and these will not be considered defects.

Maintenance tips:

Rattan:
1.Product should be stored inside whenever not in use, 2.Avoid long exposure to strong direct sunlight, as well as contact with humidity and rain, 3.Clean with a damp, soft cloth and always wipe dry afterwards

Mahogany:
1.Clean with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth in the direction of the grain. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning
2.Furniture with oil finish should be re-oiled before using and after the season before storing it, especially in damp climate
3.During off-season and difficult weather conditions use a protective cover or store the product inside.
