This is the second time I’ve ordered this item, the first one was fine, this one turned up late with items missing. Dealing with “Briefness” was difficult including emails from them which included emotionally charged comments about discounts being deducted from staff’s wages. I certainly won’t be ordering anything from Briefness again. Also having forwarded the offending emails to ManoMano, and having received no response, I’m inclined to thing they don’t care about their suppliers morales either
