Perfectly suits my needs (managing the filling of the tanks), but it must be "unjammed" when unpacking to loosen the rust a little: the plastics stick together a little

No problem with the design or the use I have to make of it, but there was an assembly problem. The valve is meant to represent the direction of flow and the mounting of the valve is offset 1/4 turn. This rule is basic practice and will be confusing. On the attached photo you can see the transition from one end to the other of the tee, while the handle is in the vertical position.
