I assume this happened at the factory, since it was not the external parts of the package. In the instructions, some steps are particularly unclear; in general, the assembly is very complex. I have some experience and this was the most difficult to assemble of all the ones I have ever assembled. In particular, some screws are extremely difficult to reach and, in two steps, it is necessary to force. This is not a piece of furniture that everyone can assemble.
