Presentation: This SIKA SikaMonotop 1010 mortar, ready to be mixed with water, is a single-component cement-based grout that will help you prepare your repair work in an environmentally friendly way. Indeed, a new formula has been used to create this mortar, allowing it to generate less carbon impact than a conventional formula. Easy to use, Sika MonoTop 1010 is a multi-purpose product, acting as both an anti-corrosion passivator and an adhesion promoter. Prior to repair work, the product can be used as a protective layer on concrete reinforcement against corrosion according to EN 1504-3. Advantages : Low environmental impact Easy to use Ready to mix Excellent adhesion to concrete and steel High resistance to water and chloride penetration Can be applied manually or by wet spraying Characteristics: Chemical base: Portland cement, cement substitute binder, additives, selected aggregates Compressive strength: ~50 MPa after 28 days (EN 12190) Direct Tensile Bond Strength: ~2.0 MPa after 28 days (EN 1542) Water Vapour Diffusion Resistance: ~100 μH2O Resistance to Carbon Dioxide Diffusion: ~1200 μCO2 Color : Grey powder Packaging : Bucket Capacity : 4 x 0,8 kg Reference : 55218 Packaging: One SIKA MonoTop 1010 Mortar - 4 x 0,8 kgDelivered with its original packaging
