The plastic finish is a bit kitschy, but it's lightweight at 1.8 kg (2.5 kg advertised), which is useful on my plasterboard ceiling, which can only support a maximum of 3 kg directly. It works very well, with dimmable LED light and adjustable Kelvin temperature, 6 speeds, and can be controlled by the included remote or your phone. It was very easy to install and pair with your phone. It looks great on a bedroom ceiling. Made in China, I hope I won't have any issues with customer service. I've installed many heavier, better-finished ones for a living room, for example, but this one is very good and a good size for a 15 m² bedroom. The only downside is that the Android app has a title in Chinese that can't be changed, hence the one-star deduction. It's very effective, even at speed 1 at night with a timer from 1 to 8 hours.
